Q1: What are the payment terms?

A: We usually accept payment by T/T, L/C, Western Union or Moneygram.

Q2 : Can be OEM or customized?

A: OEM is acceptable, if you have your designed idea, we can also produce according to your design.

Q3:This is my first time to import, how can I trust your company and ensure 

to get the goods if I order from you?

Q4:There are too many models, I don't know which one to choose?

A: Welcome to contact us through Trade Manager, we will recommend according to your requirement. If during closing time or weekend, please send mail to us, we will reply you within 24 hours.

Q5: How to ensure that I received the machine undamaged?

A: At first, our package is standard for shipping, before packing, we will confirm 

product undamaged, otherwise, please contact within 2days. Because we've bought 

insurance for you, we or shipping company will be responsible!

Q6: Where are your products manufactured?

A: All of our products are manufactured by our factory. Our factory is located in 

Baiyun Guangzhou near to Guangzhou airport. 

Q7 : Where will the orders be shipped from?

A: It will ship from Huangpu Port Guangzhou China. And We will find the shipping company

 which will offer the best and most economical freight for our customers. But If you  have a preferred carrier, that will be more helpful for us.
