*Inside the packing, there is 1 pcs of electric convection oven and 1 pcs of English manual.
*As for loading the container, our engineers will first make a CAD drawing plan, and we will try our best to load the container to its full extent to save space for our clients.

1) What is your MOQ ?

Normally it's 5 pieces. If need sample to test the quality, 1 pcs is ok
2) Can the power supply be customized ?
Yes. We customize from 110V~380V / 50HZ~60HZ.
3) What payment terms do you accept ?
T/T or Werstern Union 30% as deposit, 70% paid before shipment; T/T30%, 70% with L/C,
4) Can you provide a sample for reference ?
Yes, but we have to charge the product at a lower price and the shipping freight will be on your account.
5) Do you have a warranty ?
Yes. The warranty is one year. Free spare parts will be provided.
6) Do you accept OEM order ?
Yes. We can make your logo on our products.
