The microporous pure titanium aeration head uses industrial titanium powder (purity ≥99.6899%) as the main raw material and is sintered at high temperature and high vacuum.

Its structure is uniform, the micropore diameter is 0.22-100um, the porosity is 25-50%, the filtration resistance is small, the separation and purification efficiency is high, the mechanical properties are good, the thickness is 3 mm, the aeration bubble is 0.1-2 mm, and the aeration resistance is small The gas-liquid interface area is large, the bubbles are diffused evenly, no holes are blocked, and the corrosion resistance is strong.

Cleaning method
1. Because the surface is mostly non-water-soluble salts and oxides, it is generally soaked in 5% nitric acid, and the cleaning effect can be achieved without ultrasonic cleaning;
2. Soak in 3-5% analytical pure solution of sodium hydroxide for 30-60 minutes at a temperature of about 40 degrees, which is excellent in an ultrasonic cleaning machine. After soaking, use filtered deionized water or water for injection to flush inside and outside to neutral;
3, soak in 5% nitric acid solution for more than 8 hours, the temperature is about 40 ℃. Excellent in ultrasonic cleaners. After soaking, use filtered deionized water or water for injection to rinse internally and externally to neutral;
4. Organic matter pollution can be cleaned with surfactants, and the cell debris pollution system combined with enzyme cleaning effect is more ideal.
Note: The above methods can be used alone or in combination with each other. If possible, combined with an ultrasonic cleaning machine, the effect is superb.
