Processing instructions

(1) Put animal organic waste into Harmless Treatment Machine.

(2) Add fermenting bacteria.

(3) Start the Machine for physical slitting, high-temperature drying, sterilization and bio-fermentation.

(4) After 24 hours, all animal organic waste was decomposed and fermented.

Work Principle

By applying the physical action and the biological action principle to solve the problem of the current difficult handling of

sick and dead livestock and organic waste in livestock and poultry farms, meat joint factories and so on.

Physical action :

Cut and grind: Cutting and grinding dead animals and other organic wastes through the rotation of the blades in the treatment tank.

High-temperature sterilization: The temperature of the processor treatment tank is set at 120 °C ~ 160 °C, which can kill pathogenic bacteria. High-temperature drying: The high-temperature design of the processor treatment tank can achieve the purpose of drying the treated material on the basis of killing the pathogenic bacteria, and further determining the safety of the processed product after treatment.

Biological action:

Biological fermentation. Using fermenting bacteria (Biocatalysts), combined with water, oxygen and heat, then the minced dead animal is rapidly fermented and decomposed.

The processed output is treated with high-temperature sterilization and biological

fermentation, which is non-toxic and harmless. It can be used as high-grade organic

fertilizer for agriculture, orchard, vegetables and flower buds.
