The first stage: Pre-fermentation

Chamber(Chamber 1 )Function: Precipitate inorganic matter and eggs, Pre-anaerobic ferment, killing pathogens and viruses.

Useful Capacity: ≈0.33~0.66CBM

Residence time:>20days

Flow Direction: Intermediate solution flows to Chamber 2.

The second stage: Fermentation chamber (chamber 2)

Function: Continue to precipitate and ferment, organic matter make further fermentation and decompose into ammonia NH3、methane CH4, etc. Most of Germs and eggs are killed in this chamber.

Useful Capacity: ≈0.17 ~ 0.33cbm Residence time: >10days

Flow Direction: Intermediate solution flows to Chamber3.

The Third Stage: Storage Chamber (chamber 3)

Function: Store decomposed manure,can be used as high-quality organic fertilizer.

Useful Capacity: ≈ 0.5 ~ 1cbm
