POLY ALUMINIUM CHLORIDE
A new water purification material, inorganic high polymer coagulant, referred to as polyaluminium, abbreviated as PAC (poly aluminum chloride), is a water-soluble inorganic high polymer between AlCi3 and Al (OH) 3, the general formula of which is [Al2 (OH) ncl6 NLM], where M represents the degree of polymerization and n represents the neutral degree of PAC products.
Among M products, n = 1-5 is a high charge polymer chain with Keggin structure, which can neutralize and Bridge colloids and particles in water, and can remove slightly toxic and heavy metal ions with stable properties.
The polyaluminium chloride is a kind of inorganic high polymer water treatment agent with high molecular weight and high charge, because of the bridging effect of hydroxyl ion and the polymerization effect of multivalent anion.

The product has strong bridging adsorption performance. In the process of hydrolysis, there are physical and chemical processes such as agglomeration, adsorption and precipitation. The basic difference between polyaluminium chloride and traditional inorganic coagulant is that the traditional inorganic coagulant is a low molecular crystal salt, and the structure of polyaluminium chloride is composed of multi-component carboxyl complex with variable morphology, which has fast flocculation and sedimentation speed, wide range of applicable pH value, no corrosiveness to pipeline equipment, obvious water purification effect, and can effectively support and remove heavy metal ions such as SS, COD, BOD, arsenic and mercury in water The product is widely used in the fields of drinking water, industrial water and sewage treatment.
