Introduction of palm kernel cracker and separator system

Nowadays there are more and more small or big palm oil mills in Nigeria, after processing palm fruit, there are much palm nut and fiber remained. Fiber can be as animal feed or fertilizer. While they do not know how to deal with palm nut because of hard palm nut shell. In fact, palm kernel oil is more valuable than palm fuit oil. Palm kernel oil is more expensive than palm oil in the supermarket.

Our palm kernel cracker and separator system is our company newly developed palm oil project mating system. 
This system abandoned traditional technology, adopts cracking and air separator method, it is high efficiency and no pollution. Especially for like palm kernel (Shell thickness ≤1.4mm), 

After crushing the palm nut, the shell and kernel weight is very close; To separate it is a very complicated process; We adopt professional palm kernel cracker, crushing rate is above 90%; Then use air separator system, through adjusting the transducer to control high pressure air speed and volume; When the speed and air volume arrive the critical value, which can separate the shell and kernel; Kernel in shell rate is less than 5%; shell in kernel rate is less than 5%; This system is mainly for cracking and separating palm kernel.
