Advanced Infrared Level Auto Control System Multi-stage Turbine Oil Treatment Machine adopt the advanced detaching theory of membrane, which works from moisture and emulsification to make emulsive lubricant clear. This machine breaks emulsification thoroughly, and the oil is very difficult to emulsify again after treatment. Its dehydration volume is large and it can absorb water on line.

Advanced Infrared Level Auto Control System Multi-stage Lubricating Oil Treatment Machine integrate the gravity method, evaporation method, coacervation, vacuum separation and mechanical purification, utilizing coacervation, molecular absorption, vacuum drying and automatic demulsifying technologies which are capable of separating large and minimal amount of water from oil. Its high water removal and demulsifying efficiency makes turbid oil to be clear and limpid.

Features:

1. It can purify any kinds of turbine oil used in steam turbine and water turbine online and onsite.
2. Air cooling system helps cool down air and gases from the flash distillation column so as to extend the service life of vacuum pump, avoiding the inconvenience of water cooling.
3. The machine can also be installed with digital flow meter and timer to calculate and record the volume of output oil and working hours (it's optional).
4. Aluminum electric control cabinet has the merits of heat conducting and anti-explosion.
5. The automatic series model has the following merits:
(1)Automatic oil purifier series is installed with PLC (programmable logical computer system), which can control the equipment automatically to every stage of its process and ensure its safe operation on site and on line without human supervision.
(2)The equipment is installed with auto alarming system, it will give out alarm and stop the whole machine when electrical motor is overloaded, vacuum pump and oil pump overloaded, heater overloaded and pressure abnormal.
(3)The equipment is installed with auto control of vacuum pressure, auto drainage of water from the equipment.
