All steel palisade fencing products are generally supplied hot dip galvanised to BS729 to give long term weather resistance. Pales can also be supplied in a plain mild steel finish or powder coated to your RAL colour specification.

1) A standard palisade fence panel is constructed from hot and cold rolled steel sections supplied for assembly on site.

 2)palisade fence  Panels consist of 17 vertical pales manufactured in D" or W" profile with a choice of tops. The pales are fixed to 2 pieces of 50x50x5mm rolled steel angle horizontals which are supported by 100 x 55x5m joist posts.

3) A fish plate passes through a slot in the post and secures the horizontal rail captive in its position.

 4) The pales are connected to the horizontals to form the panel and are held securely together by utilizing vandal resistant security fasteners.

5)palisade fence  is supplied in 2.75m wide standard panels for easy assembly on site.

6) Special panels and posts to step or rack can be supplied if required.

7) Non standard posts for cranking over walls, or base plated for fixing to concrete are also available.

8) Palisade panels and gates are manufactured with galvanized tubular steel, then protected by exclusive Super-Durable powder coating. This coating provides longer protection from U.V. rays and salt spray than either E-Coat or standard polyester coatings.

Palisade Fencing Palisade rails, the only horizontal part of palisade fencing, connect the vertical palisade pales and post together. Each palisade fence panel comes with two rails, yet the third rail is needed to maintain integrity when it comes to the palisade fence in height of over 3 meters.

Palisade Fencing Palisade posts, comprising RSJ post and square post, can be fixed to the ground in the forms of concrete in or bolt down. Different types of post implied different assembly way. RSJ posts are normally bolts to horizontal rails with the help of fish plates while post clamps are needed when fastening square post to adjacent palisade rails.

Palisade Fenciing Palisade fittings include fish plate for RSJ post, post clamps for square post, round head bolts and anti-vandal nuts.
