Application

Water affects the basic components of the oil, promoting oxidation, viscosity increase and foaming. Water also affects the additive package by water washing and hydrolysis, resulting in the depletion of acids and additives. Water promotes rust and corrosion, and increases wear due to aeration, which results in film strength failure, hydrogen foaming and embrittlement, and steam cavitation. Finally, water is a generator of other contaminants in the oil, such as waxes, suspensions, carbon and oxide insolubles, and even microorganisms. 6000 Lph Weather-Proof Hydraulic Oil Filter Machine for Lubricating Oil and Hydraulic Oil Recycling is designed to degassing water contant, and remove gas, particles and other impurities in the waste turbine oil, so that the oil can recover the properties of the new oil to compelet oil recycling process. It adopts weather-proof to make sure the machien can work well in bad weather condition, and can be protected very well.
