Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in carton boxes with wood case for free. If you choose your forwarder and pack via plywood case, you need to pay more $45.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before shipping. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.


Q3. How about your produce time?
A: Generally, most of our product is no stock, and the produce time is about 7-15 days after 30% deposit. But the specific produce time is base on your order's quantity.
