RRT - MV is a line of laser scanning combined with 2 d visual weld sensor, through the laser line scan for weld seam position, not only can identify Angle joint, overlap, such as conventional weld, docking of small clearance of the butt weld, can effectively identify can identify submerged arc welding welding bead covering, can guide the robot welding or welding machine automatically.
This camera solves the technical problem of weld identification without obvious groove shape and complex cover pass on the basis of routine weld addition test function.
