Product Usage
Programmable time relays include JSBXC-780, JSBXC-820, JSBXC-820, JSBXC1-850, and JSBXC1-870 series relays. Each type of relay has four types of warm-up time to choose from, among which JSBXC1-870 series The heating time can also be changed according to the special requirements of users.
The relay is used as a delay control in the circuit.
Applicable environment
a) Ambient temperature: -5℃~+40℃;
b) Relatively moderate: not more than 90% (temperature +25℃);
c) Air pressure: not less than 70KPa (equivalent to an altitude below 3000m);
d) Vibration: the frame rate is not more than 15Hz, and the amplitude is not more than 0.45mm;
e) Rated voltage: DC 24V, voltage fluctuation range 24X (1±10%) V;
f) Working position: horizontal;
g) There is no harmful gas causing explosion hazard around, and good dust-proof measures should be applied.

experimental method
1. Standard conditions of the experiment.
Temperature: 15℃~35℃; Relative humidity: 45%~75%; Air pressure: 86kPa~106kPa.
2. Requirements for measuring tools, meters and power supply
The accuracy of the measuring gauge should not be less than 0.02mm.
The accuracy of the DC voltmeter and ammeter used for testing should not be less than 0.5.
The accuracy of the test stopwatch is not less than 1ms.
The power supply voltage fluctuation range should not exceed 24x (1±5%)V.
3. Test the release value and working value of the relay. The test circuit is shown in Figure 1.
4. Release value test
Close the switch K1 or K2 to gradually increase the current of the relay coil. After the relay is sucked up, it will continue to increase to the magnetizing value, and then the current will gradually reach the maximum current value when all moving contacts are disconnected.
5. Working value test
Continue to reduce the coil current to zero, cut off the circuit for 1 second, then close the circuit, and gradually increase the coil current until the armature stop piece is closely attached to the iron core, and all moving and closing contacts are closed and the minimum current value when the specified contact pressure is met.
6. Test of the slow suction time of the relay
The test circuit diagram is shown in Figure 2
Connect the test circuit as shown in Figure 2, and adjust the power supply voltage to DC24V. First close K1, and reset the stopwatch, then close K, the number displayed when the stopwatch stops counting is the slow suction time of the road; disconnect K, K1. Then close K2, K3, K4, and repeat the above process , You can complete the other three-way slow suction time test.
Precautions
a) The identification pin numbers of the programmable time relays are the same. Please confirm the corresponding slow suction time of the corresponding type of relay before use.
b) Terminals 1, 2, 3, and 4 of the two coils of the relay are directly connected in parallel with the two diodes on the printed circuit; therefore, when measuring the electrical characteristics of the relay, the positive pole of the power supply must be connected to terminals 1, 3, and the negative pole of the power supply must be connected On terminals 2, 4.
c) Contacts 11 and 12 are already occupied by the relay, and the number of contacts that the user can use is 2QH, 1Q.
d) The position of the relay contact system is shown in Figure 6. When in use, the socket must be equipped with an identification pin.
e) The use environment of the relay should have good ventilation conditions and dust-proof equipment. And used in specially designed circuits; in special circumstances, the electrical characteristics and contact capacity of the relay should be considered to ensure the reliable operation of the relay.
Faults and troubleshooting methods
Relay contact has no output
The analysis and elimination methods of the relay contact without output are as follows:
(1) Make sure that the relay and socket should be reliably plugged in;
(2) Check that the relay should not be mechanically blocked. If a foreign object in the relay blocks the armature, the armature cannot work reliably (forward rotation) or release (reverse rotation), and the contacts cannot be reliably contacted;
(3) Check that there should be no foreign matter between the contacts, there is foreign matter between the contacts, and the contacts cannot be reliably contacted;
(4) Check that the contact resistance of the relay contact should not be too large.
Packaging, transportation, storage
(1) Packaging
The outer packaging of the relay adopts a carton structure, and the carton is equipped with a foam box to ensure that the relay will not damage the instruction manual of the relay in each packaging box during the normal transportation process.
(2) Precautions for transportation
During storage and transportation, the relay should not be subjected to strong vibrations, collisions, or rain or snow.
(3) Storage conditions, storage period and precautions
The relay should be stored in a well-ventilated warehouse with a temperature of -25°C, 10-40°C, a relative humidity of less than 80%, and no acid, alkali or other harmful gases around. It should not be exposed to rain and snow during storage.
The storage period is one year, and the storage period should be inspected or repaired before use.
