1.You are a trader or a manufacture?

A: We are a factory-based and trade integration company. Our company is professional in European truck spare parts for more than 10 years experience, such as VOLVO, SCANIA,Yutong, Kinglong and so on.

2.How can I ensure the parts match my machine or not?

A: Give us correct model number/machine serial number/ any numbers on the parts itself, or measure the parts and give us dimension or drawing. We have professional sale system where we can check parts information.

3.What about your Quality Control?

A: We have a perfect QC system for the perfect products. A team who will detect the product quality and specification piece carefully, monitor every production process until packing is complete, to ensure products safety into the container.

4.What is your delivery time?

A: 20 working days from receipt of advance payment. EXW Xiamen or any other Chinese port. If the parts are available in our warehouse, our delivery time will be shortened to 3-7 days.

5.What kind of terms of payment can be accepted?

A: T/T, L/C, D/A, D/P is accepted, other payment terms also can be negotiated.

6.How do I place an order?

A: We have online and offline,two way.

     Online: start order through alibaba trade assurance,make payment to allocated account,we arrange delivery 

     Offline: we send Proforma invoice to you directly,make payment to our account,we arrange delivery .
