It is special chocolate enrobing machine with cooling tunnel which is used for producing assorted chocolates. It can coat chocolate paste on the surface of many kinds of foods, such as candy, wafer,cake and biscuit etc.

Then many various flavor of chocolate products can be made.


 Material: All parts contact with foods and the machine's whole frame are made by stainless steel 304, Frames and converings are made by SUS 201.


Characteristics

The machine applies the way of dip coating and the net belt is made of stainless steel. It perates smoothly.

This equipment is special designed base on Italy and UK chocolate processing and handling technology in lab scale application. All machinesare made of SUS304. It is used for making good quality pure or compound chocolate enrobing. It can be fixed on the SG30 chocolate machine or remove for washing very easily.
