 HM-series laser cutting machine adopts DSP digital control technology and integrated design, with high value performance. Latest software could be used together with professional drawing software plugins such like CorelDraw,Auto CAD etc. And Support AI, PLT, DXF, DST and more format files. The first one in laser industry that adopts cable data interface, supports hot plug and transfers data instantly. The work efficiency is highly improved.   

    HM-1310 applies high precision stepper motor as drive part, utilizes three original high speed guide rail in axis X and Y imported from Korea, uses four pieces of laser lens imported from Singapore, which enables the machine to work fast and accurately. The design for the laser path system improves the regulating accuracy and the working efficiency of laser ray.

Product Features:

1) We have our own sheet metal factory where the machine body is made by ourselves, not outsourced, so we could control the quality well. In our sheet metal factory, there are many CNC processing devices such as 2 sets of large heavy-duty CNC planer type milling machine, 1 set of Japan Amada CNC punching machine, 1 set of CNC press brake.

2) Worktable is milled by our own large CNC gantry milling machine, processed by 600℃ high temperature and 24 hours water cooling, which ensures the worktable is on the same level, so that laser beam optical path will be on the same level too. The deviation is within 0.01mm. The more precise the laser beam optical path is, the more efficient and straight the laser cutting will be. In China, only a few of manufacturers of laser cutters have their own large CNC milling machine and we have two sets of this device. 

3) Our company has been manufacturing laser cutting machines for 14 years and accumulated much technical experience. Besides, we established a especial engineers team who could speak English and just solve after-sales problems for overseas customers.
