Installation of Equipment
(I) Requirement of installation
1. Equipment shall be installed at the hard and firm locations, and the installation location surface must be horizontal.
2. Operation location of over 1.8m shall be reserved at the pulling-out end of the sieve frame, for the convenience of replacing the sieve frame.
3. A wind suction pipe must be set up at the top of the charging pipe, in order to lower the temperature and humidity of the chargein, and prevent inner dust from binding together and getting mould.
4. Installation location sizes of anchor screw M12, charge opening and discharge opening refer to Fig. 6 and table 4.
5. During installation of the equipment, the contact points between four footings of the stander and the ground must be firmly filled, then tighten nuts of the footing screw, never tighten nuts before filling the footings firmly, for this may give rise to deform the datum plane of stander and intensify the vibration of the whole machine during the running, all of these may severe influence the life span of equipment.
6. Before starting the machine, check carefully if connections of components are tight or not, move the drive part with hand, check if any collision and rubbing phenomenon exists, or rotary regulation parts are flexible and the degree of tightness of triangle belt is appropriately.
7. Start the machine for trial running, pay attention to if there’s any unusual sound during the running, and if the rotation direction of the sieve frame is consistent with the designation board, and observe carefully if the equipment runs normal and stable, if any problem is found, stop the machine immediately, and solve the problem at once.
(II) Installation procedure
1. Determine installation location and embed well the anchor bolts according to the requirements, and obligate charge and discharge openings.
2. Lift the equipment to due place, firstly do not tighten the footing nuts, after check without error, then connect the power and start the machine for trial running.
3. Observe if running is stable, or if the 4 footings are jumping up and down, if so, paddy into washer with appropriate thickness as indicated by Fig. 7 till no jumping exists.
4. After the equipment running stable through debugging, as indicated by Fig. 8, place the washer on, tighten the footing nuts, then connect charge and discharge pipe and wind suction pipe well, cover the soldering cup as indicated by Fig. 9. Then start for trial running, if no unusual phenomenon exists, and now it can be put into production.
