Ceramic salt cores are generally used for the casting of liquid die-forged aluminum alloy pistons. Compared with traditional salt cores, ceramic salt cores can achieve high strength, high density and low linear expansion coefficient by adding ceramic additives, using multiple granulation and new sintering technology. The performance meets the requirement of salt core for piston during high pressure casting process.
