Product Application

One complete equipment is mainly used for processing corn grits and flour.
The vibrating screen is specially used to shake the impurities in the material.
The magnetic separator is to remove iron, iron pin from the material.
After cleaning, corn nut will be transported into proportion detoner to separate the stone .
Next ,the corn nut will be peeled through the corn peeling machine.
Then, the grade corn sieve can separate the whole corn nut, usually corn nut, large pieces and small pieces.
Embryo elevator mention the embryo .
Crushing granulator is used for rushing the corn.
Brushing machine can separate the powered material.
Double warehouse screen used for re-screening the different size corn production.
Finally, we need packing the kind of corn production.

The machines are packed by plastic film inside and wooden cases outside or iron sheet packing.

The machine will fixed by steel rope inside the container. Make sure it is in good condition when arrived destination.
