The front panel of the cello is almost entirely trimmed from solid spruce, as are the bass beams and columns in the case. The back of a cello is often made of one or two cut pieces of solid maple, and maple is also used for the sides and neck. Willow and poplar are also used for the backboards, both of which are soft woods that produce a soft, warm sound.

Fingerboards, strings, buttons, and strings are mostly made of ebony. Some drawboards are made of metal material.

The bow is generally made of Brazil wood or sappanwood, it is better to use sappanwood!

When you buy a good cello, you don't come with strings, bowstrings, and pockets or cases. You need to make your own!

As first cooperation ,you can choose one or two pcs models from our stock to check our handcrafted and sound .If confirmed order ,we can give your MOQ depend on models .

2.How long is the quality guarantee ?

For quality guarantee for one year no human damage.

3.How long the delivery time?

A.stock models , 1-3days after received your payments

B.For OEM, ukulele delivery times: 30 days or so after received your deposit.Guitar delivery times: 45days or so after received your deposit.

4.What is your payments terms ?

For stock models : 100% payment before shipment

For OEM/ODM: 30%TT deposit first,the balance before the shipments

5.What is the payment methods?

TT / Western Union/ Paypal

6.How much for the shipment cost ?

At first ,please let us know the mode of transport (by express or by air or by sea )

and also please provide us your address or airport or sea port

(2) Do you have the minimum Order requirements?
Normally our MOQ is 1 carton that mans 10pcs . But if it is for sample, we can send 1pcs as your quality checking.

(3) How to make payment?
  We prefer to receive 30% as deposit, and balance 70% can be paid against copy of BL.

(4) What's your lead time ?
    It depends on the items and quantity of your order and the season ( busy or not). Normally for a 20GP, it will 25 working days to 30 working days.

(5) Do you make OEM products?
   We made OEM products for most of our clients . Especially for exporting foreign clients.

(6) How do you guarantee the quality ?
   For the quality if have any problem we will treat it positively. If the accessories got problem we will send the replacement accessories to customer, if easy problem you can contact and tell you the step by step till problem solved.
