1. Definition of transformer steel clamp terms:

After bobbin and magnetic core are assembled in high-frequency transformer, a clamp (steel clamp) is needed to clamp the peripheral package to play a fixed role, so as to achieve a stable inductance when the transformer is working. This type of metal clamp is called transformer iron clamp (steel clamp, clamp).

4. Production process classification:

Class A: stamping --- cleaning --- packing and shipping（ This kind of material is suitable for the production of stainless steel SUS301

Class B: stamping forming - heat treatment - Surface tin plating - packaging and shipping（ This kind of material is suitable for sk7 production)

Class C: stamping forming --- surface tin plating --- packing and shipping (this class is applicable to the production of phosphor copper C5191 material)
