The work efficiency of the line staff in the live test is improved. This product has the characteristics of small size, light weight, simple use, and convenient carrying. The insulating rod used is selected from the three-ball brand produced by the ordnance industry.

   1. Rotate and open the upper cover of the transmitter before measurement, and press the switch lightly. After the power is turned on, the signal light flashes, and the transmitter measurement works normally. Close the top cover;

       2. Connect the telescopic insulating rod, pull the insulating rod out of a suitable length and lock it tightly, hold the insulating rod in your hand, and keep a safe distance;

       3. When measuring, touch the two voltage probes to the metal parts at both ends of the monolithic insulator that is in operation. The voltage probe A must be placed on the end of the insulator with high voltage, which is close to the high-voltage line.

The voltage probe B should be placed on the end of the insulator with low voltage or the grounding end. Only in this way, the measured data error is the smallest;

       4. Press the power switch of the receiving device, the LCD screen will display, indicating that the receiving device is working normally;

       5. When the transmitting device sends a signal, the receiving device first identifies whether it is a paired code. If it is not a paired code, the receiving end will not receive the signal and the signal indicator will not flash. When the recognition is received

When the matched code is reached, the signal indicator starts to flash, and the LCD screen displays the measured value in kilovolts;

       6. The receiving device will automatically shut down if there is no signal within 30 minutes;
