Description

The 30ch Alarm Matrix RH2819A connects between a facility's fire alarm system and public address system,RH-AUDIO RH2819A 30CH controlsit has a multi-pin bus ready to be integrated with fire alarm system with support for up to 30 zones (1~30),the alarm output consists of three multi-pin buses to connect its counterpart unit Zone Paging Selector or Audio Matrix.

Two RJ45 ports are ready to be added with additional RH2819A where more than 30 zones are required,in this situation each RH2819A should be distiguished with its own ID address set through the dipswitches on rear.There is also a group of dipswitches which allow for options on N±1,N±2,N±3,N±4.

Take the example of N±2 selection,if the 9th floor has alarm broadcasting,which will force its adjacent 7th,8th,10th,11st floor into an emergency situation warning personnel to evacuate.

• Adjacent zone selector

The rear panel of the unit has an adjacent zone selector, which when the first code is dialed denotes adjacent zone 0(1 zone will be alarmed when there is a fire alarm in one zone.), when the Second code is dialed denotes adjacent zone 1(3 zones will be alarmed when there is a fire alarm in one zone.), when the third code is dialed denotes 2 (5 zones will be alarmed), when the fourth code is dialed denotes 3 (7 zones will be alarmed), when the fifth code is dialed denotes 4 (9 zones will be alarmed). Notice: only one code can be dialed down a time.

• Alarm to adjacent floors

In case there is an alarm in a zone and the adjacent number is N. The alarm matrix will send alarm to N adjacent zones. If it happens on a floor, N floors above that floor and N floors under that floor will be alarmed.
