Pre-service

1. Free sample cutting,

For free sample cutting/testing, please send us your CAD file, we will do cutting here and make video to show you the cutting, or send the sample to you to check cutting quality.

2. Customized machine design

According to the customer’s application, we may revise our machine accordingly for the customer’s convenience and high production efficiency.

Service after-sales

A. Machine will be supplied with training video and user's manual in English for installation, operation, maintenance, and trouble-shooting, and shall give technical guide by e-mail, fax, telephone, skype…. for fast solution.

B. Customer may come to our factory for training. We will offer training in installation, operation, machine trouble-shooting, and maintenance.

C. We offer technician to customer site for installation and training, the customer covers travel cost and local living cost.

We will send video and English manual with the machine. If you still have any doubts, we can talk by telephone or skype, and e-mail.

Q3: If some problems happen to this machine during the warranty period, what should I do?
We will supply free parts during the machine warranty period if the machine has some problems. While we also supply free life long after-sales service. So any doubts, just let us know, we will give you solutions.

Q4. Can you arrange the shipment for me?

We can arrange the shipment for our clients accordingly by sea and air. Trading terms FOB, CIF, EXW are available.
