Q1.Could you provide free sample?
A:Yes,if the sample you want we have stock,we can provide for free,and you just pay the freight fee.
If you need customize your product,we need to charge the sample making fee.

Q2. Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?
A: Yes,you can. We have different logo style and package shown as above and also accept customized style

Q3.How long can I get the sample?
A:If we have stock ,we will send out in 3 days after we receiving your freight account or freight fee.
If your sample need to make ,it would cost 5~7days.if you need urgent,we can also short that time.

Q4. What is your terms of delivery?
 We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenientor cost effective for you.

Q5. What is the payment way? 
 1)TT or Western Union for the trial order
 2)ODM, OEM order, 50% for deposit,50% against the copy B/L.
PS: Sample payment and order payment<=10,000USD, 100% T/T in advance. Order Payment>=10,000USD, 50% T/T in advance , balance 10 days before shipment.

For sample and small quantity product, usually by DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT, China Post after receipt of payment.
For mass production, usually by air or by sea.
By Air: (about 7-13 days)
By Express Delivery: EMS ,DHL,UPS,TNT,FedEx(about5~ 7 days)
By sea:ODM And OEM Accept(about 15 to 45 working days. )
