Q1: What material can you use ?

We can deal with cotton , bamboo fiber, organic cotton, combed cotton, wool, coolmax...etc. We have professional material factory with OEKOTEX-100, all of our material is eco-friendly and AZO free.

Q2: What is your MOQ?

Our normal MOQ is 1000 pairs/design/size for commen material. 

Q3: What is your sample and production time?

Normally 5-7 days to use similar colored yarn instock, and 15-20 days to use customized yarn. 

We usually suggest that using our stock similar color yarn to make samples for quality /pattern/size checking to 

save time . 

Production time is 30-35 days after deposit received.

Q4:  Can you do customized designs and package ?

Yes.

Q5:  How do you ship goods, can you help arrange shipping?

We can ship by air, sea, express ( Fedex, DHL, TNT,UPS) and can help to arrange shipping door to door.
