※ Description:
Transformer consists of cylindrical winding and laminated core.The iron core is made of Taiwan high-quality silicon steel silicon steel plate stacking, full-oblique seams. Winding using the whole row delamination winding method. After twice vacuum pressure dipping, and 110 ℃ high temperature baking for 4 hours, the insulation of the transformer can achieve grade F or H-class. Full load temperature would not exceed 65 ℃. Finally, three is almost no noise and vibration phenomenon.

※ Transformer Materials’ Specifications
①iron core
We use high-quality silicon steel sheet, imported from Taiwan, the main material is 0.35 thickness of H18, H14, H12, Z11 silicon steel sheet. According to the requirements of clients and working conditions, then we choose the most suitable materials. So the transformer performance could be designed to achieve the best. (Normal materials is 0.35 thickness of H18 from Taiwan strong steel)
②Wires
Adopt PEW, UEW, EIW, SEIW, FEAI varnished wireand fibre-glass covered wire,temperature-resist grade is F(155℃), H class(180℃), HC class(200℃, C class(220℃).(General temperature-resist grade is B class(135℃)
③Insulating Material
Using high-quality environmentally friendly DMS composite materials, with high-temperature insulation, fire-retardant and humidity resistance performance. We also can import NOMES paper if our client need it.
④Terminal Blocks
Low-power transformer, we choose terminal blocks from Taiwan MACK, beautiful appearance, excellent performance of pressure resistance, temperature resistance, fire-retardant . High-power use of high-quality copper bar.
⑤Iron Feet
Adopt digital control bending cold rolling plate, a plated colorful (gold), blue zinc (silver), white zinc (ivory), the surface anodized (black) and other environmental plating for option.

① If power grid third harmonic and interference signal are serious, choosing isolation transformers, third harmonic can be removed and interference signal could be reduced.
② If use isolation transformers, a new neutral line can be produced to avoid the equipment working abnormally caused by the failure of neutral line in power grid.
③ With isolation transformer ,caused by non-linear load current waveform distortion (such as third harmonic), can be isolated without contamination of the grid.
