Textile Xenon Lamp Light Accelerated Aging Test Equipment adopts xenon arc lamp that can simulate the full sunlight spectrum to reproduce the destructive light waves existing in different environments, which can provide corresponding environmental simulation and accelerated test for scientific research, product development and quality control. Xenon lamp test chamber can be used to select new materials, improve existing materials or evaluate the change of durability after the change of material composition. It can well simulate the changes of materials exposed to sunlight under different environmental conditions.

Chamber structure:

1. The outer shell adopts high-quality A3 steel plate or stainless steel plate, and the surface of the shell is sprayed with plastic to make it more bright, clean and beautiful. The liner is imported SUS304 high quality stainless steel plate.

Equipment features:

1. Xenon lamp ventilation and cooling device: the lamp box temperature ventilation and cooling system is cooled by Taiwan high-temperature resistant turbine fan and the refrigeration system inside the box.

2. Lamp box temperature alarm device: the temperature inside the lamp box can be monitored by PT100 high-precision sensor for over-temperature alarm and xenon lamp power supply can be cut off.

3. Control blackboard thermometer using wired transmission technology, effectively improve the control accuracy.(high temperature resistant isolation shielding communication line)

4. Xenon lamp radiation intensity is measured by optical fiber transmission to avoid measurement error caused by temperature.(optional accessories)

5. Blackboard thermometer BPT or black standard thermometer BST is installed on the sample stand.

6. Device: in order to record the working time of each test, the device is equipped with a timer on the operation panel to control the time of the device, and the device will automatically shut down after the scheduled end.

Refrigeration system:

1. The machine adopts the original French "taikang" fully enclosed compressor.

2. The refrigeration system adopts the design of unit or binary cryogenic loop system.

3. Multi-wing blower is adopted for strong air circulation to avoid any dead Angle, so that the temperature and humidity in the test area can be evenly distributed.
