When the corn enters the peeling room from the hopper, it moves to the exit under the rotary push of the propulsion bar. In the peeling room, due to the gradual reduction of the working room volume and the influence of the resistance of the machine parts, the density of corn grains increases. With the increase of extrusion and friction in the machine, the roller is continuously turned and pushed forward, and the friction and peeling between the parts become more and more obvious, so that the corn kernels are completely removed. The dewatered corn kernels enter the crushing system. Under the crushing and traction propulsion of the traction clutch crushing device, they advance in the crushing process and enter the classification system. Through automatic separation, corn grits, corn grits or corn flour can be obtained. After that, the product has excellent color and luster, and then passes through the dust removal system. In addition, the general corn peeling grits machine is also suitable for crushing rice, wheat, sorghum and other crops.
