Working principle of 10 / 8r-m slurry pump:




When the impeller rotates rapidly, the blade makes the medium rotate quickly. The rotating medium flies out of the impeller under the action of centrifugal force. After the medium in the pump is thrown out, the central part of the impeller forms a vacuum area, and the medium is pressed into the feed pipe through the pipe network under the action of atmospheric pressure (or water pressure).




In this way, continuous feeding can be realized, and the head and flow required by the process design can be achieved. Of course, at present, the feeding mode mostly adopts the press in type, that is, the material level is higher than the feeding pipe, then the step of pouring water from the water feeding pipe or pump shell to the inside can be subtracted.
