Q: I like your products. How can I get some samples from you?

A:  We can offer you 1 free sample, while you should pay for the shipping and handling charge. In case, if you need a wide range of samples, we might charge you an additional small fee for the extra samples.

Q: You have a wide range of products. Can I mix and match to reduce the MOQ to start with a trial production?

A: Yes, to start our business mixed models is acceptable. Please kindly contact us for solution.

Q: Can I print my own logo?

A: Yes, can print your own logo. Please send us your logo design and colors.

Q: Can I get my own packaging design?

A: Yes, we can do custom design for your own packaging too.

Q: Can I change the color of the product or the Light Color or Light sequence?

A: Yes, all custom color details can be done. However, we will need higher price or MOQ to do this. Please contact us for more details.

Q: Can I design my own shape?

A: Yes, any customized design is warmly welcome. We do a lot of OEM orders, creating clients' own shape using our core technology. We have many experiences in developing for Licensed Characters, such as Disney Characters, etc. Please kindly contact our Sales Representative for our design guideline.

Q: How long will it take to produce my own design?

A: Depending on the complexity of the shape design. We can work with you to make drawing, confirm 3D structure and product performance, then open the mould, make samples, verify, and get ready for mass production in less than 4~6 weeks time.

Q: Are the products tested to meet safety standards?

A: All our goods can can meet the EU standard. We send all our products to third party test labs for product certification.
