Brushless DC Motor is mainly used in battery powered vehicles of all kinds electric forklifts, electric cars, electric tractors, golf carts, sightseeing cars, electric cars, etc., as the towing vehicle driver. The motor has a wide speed range, large overload capacity, high mechanical strength, stable operation and many other advantages. As a result of rare earth materials, the motor has a higher starling torque, small size, light weight, higher conversion efficiency (motor efficiency can reach about 90% in general), to meet the heavy- duty vehicle start, loaded with climbing and flat road a variety of high-speed operation and other working conditions.

Main Feature

2) Long life, low maintenance costs. BLDC motors don't need to replace the brushes which will wear out.
3) Low noise,smooth operation. BLDC motors have no brushes, so it won't contract directly. Operation will be much faster.
4) High efficiency (typically up to 90% efficiency).
5) Brushless, low interference. Brushless motor cancel the brushes, the most immediate change is that there is no spark generated when the motor is running, thus greatly reducing the spark radio interference.
6) High power density. BLDC motors have the highest running torque per cubic inch of any DC motor.
