1. Furnace shell
Furnace shell is ring-shaped, welded by steel plate and section steel, furnace panel is made of 10 mm Q235 steel plate.
2. Furnace lining
Furnace lining is made of high alumina refractory brick , light-weight insulating brick and aluminum silicate fiber cotton. This energy-saving type furnace lining structure has advantages of fast temperature rising , excellent heat preservation performance, remarkable energy saving effect.
3. Electrical heater
Electrical heater using spiral shape high resistance electrical heating alloy 0Cr25Al5 resistance wire, Good corrosion resistance and shape stability, high efficiency.
4. Furnace lid
The furnace lid is split type, composed of two half-round furnace lid, one side is fixed in furnace panel by revolving shaft, and the other side have hand shank, which makes it flexible to open and close the furnace lid.
5. Crucible
Can equip with graphite crucible or stainless steel crucible according to user’s needs.
The advantage of graphite crucible: excellent thermal conductivity and high-temperature resistance performance, strong corrosion resistance.
The advantage of stainless steel crucible: long service life, more cost-effective.
6. Tilting device
This furnace can be designed into tilting type. There are manual tilt and electric tilt can be selected.
7. Control system
The furnace is controlled by intelligent digital display PID, have functions of temperature control, over-temperature alarming, automatic power off protection etc, can ensure a precise and reliable temperature control.
8. Aluminum leakage hole and aluminum leakage alarm device
aluminum leakage hole and aluminum leakage alarm device are installed at the bottom of furnace, easy and rapid to replace, can protect the furnace effectively.
