1.Brief introduction
IGBT medium frequency induction melting oven is mainly used for the melting of iron, steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, silver, gold,glass, aluminium, alloys and metal ores. Melting capacity of induction melting oven can be from 0.5kg to 500kg.
This medium frequency induction melting oven is equipped with an induction coil inside of the power cabinet, and graphite or magnesia crucible in the middle of induction coil in the furnace body, when the power on, the induction melting oven will create high temperature with very fast speed, and do the melting process. The power of induction melting oven can be displayed and adjusted through the rotary switch on the control panel.

Oven body:
1. Manual gear box tilting type
Manual type is suitable for small amount melting, with hand-operated gear reducer.
2. Electrical gear box tilting type
Suggested for capacity smaller than 100kg.
3. Hydraulic tilting type
Suggested for capacity larger than 100kg.
