Standard Test:
Body Test: 1.5 times the working pressure with water. This test is performed after valve assembly and with disc in half position open, it is called as a body hydro test.
Seat Test: 1.1 times the working pressure with water.
Function / Operation Test: At the time of final inspection, each valve and its actuator (Flow-Control Lever / Gear / Pneumatic Actuator), under goes a complete operating test (Open/Close). This test carried out without pressure and at ambient temperature. It ensures the correct operation of the valve / actuator assembly with accessories such as solenoid valve, limit switches, air filter regulator etc.R

Special Test: On request, any other test can be carried out according to special instruction by client.

1.Ultrasonic cleaning before packaging

Eliminate impurities in the valve body, ensure the cleanliness of the valve and prevent the valve itself to pipe water pollution.

2.The position of signboard is humanized

The position of the signboard is humanized and set on both sides of the valve body for users to view after installation.

3.The bolt has strong corrosion resistance

The bolt is made of 304 material, which has stronger corrosion resistance.

Laser marking, clear writing, long life.Use stainless steel rivet to fix, the appearance is more beautiful, the connection is more firm.

5.Disc pin has high strength and abrasion resistance

The pin adopts tempering treatment, high strength, abrasion resistance, safe and reliable connection.
