Elevator cable

The elevator cable adopts the special structure design, the service life is long, and the operation efficiency of the elevator production enterprise is improved to the maximum extent. The control cable of the elevator can provide overall electrical control when the suspension length is long, and bear the mechanical stress at the same time. The elevator cable can be used for long-distance suspended use because of the steel wire carrying cable core.

The cable characteristic adopts the new cold-resistant flexible special outer sheath, can maintain the softness at-15 ℃ low temperature.

Guidelines for use

In normal use, the maximum temperature of the conductor is 70 ℃.
1.The cable is suitable for use in the environment of 1 5 ~ 400 c: when the elevator cable is arranged in one font, the length of free use is more than 35 m;
2. Running speed greater than 1.6 m / s; 

Consideration should be given to adding load-bearing elements to cables, which are generally galvanized flexible steel wire ropes or fibre ropes such as aramid yarn, when the elevator cables are arranged in the form of plums.
1. The length of free suspension is more than 80 m; 

2. The speed of operation is 4.0m/s~10.0 m / s; 

The load bearing element should be considered in the cable, which is usually galvanized flexible wire rope.
