Brief Introduction:
The oil tank structure is an ellipsoidal or trapezoidal cylinder body, which is made of high-quality steel
plate or aluminium alloy. The whole tank can be divided into one or multi bins. There are through holes
at the lower end of the middle partition board. There are sub compartments or multi bins welded in the
middle of each bin. The middle part of each bin is welded with a reinforced wave partition board to
reduce the impact of oil in the tank body when the truck is running and improve the oil quality of the
tank rigidity. To prevent the tank from rusting, the surface of the tank is coated with anti-rust paint and
decorative paint. A container indicator is installed in the middle of the side of the tank, which can
directly indicate the volume of the fuel when refilling or extracting oil to/from the tank. (optional) the
opening of the tank is a 500mm diameter hole for maintenance. In order to ensure that the pressure in
the tank is basically the same as the atmospheric pressure when the tank truck is working, a air outletinlet valve is installed on the large cover of the tank.
