How to inspect galvanized square pipe quality?
1. Elemental detection can apply analytical chemistry and chemical composition analysis. Chemical composition analysis samples are divided into molten samples, steel ingots, drill cuttings, and pipe fittings. The molten samples are generally analyzed by instruments and equipment, and the finished product tube samples are analyzed by chemical composition analysis and single-piece analysis.
2. Specification and shape inspection. The inspection content includes the thickness, diameter, length, refractive index, ellipticity, inclination of the hole edge, blunt edge, cross-section profile and so on.
3. Eddy current flaw detection, magnetic particle flaw detection, magnetic flux leakage detection, infiltration flaw detection. Among them, the infiltration detection is limited to the flaw detection of the surface of the seamless steel pipe, and the magnetic particle detection, magnetic leakage detection and eddy current detection are limited to the detection of ferromagnetic raw materials. Eddy current testing is particularly sensitive to point defects, while the other inspection methods are particularly sensitive to cracks.

The main uses of seamless pipes are widespread. The general main purpose seamless pipe is cold rolled by general carbon steel, low alloy steel or alloy tool steel, with the largest number of productions. The key is used to convey the fluid mechanics pipelines or structural parts.
5. Performance test includes deformation test, ring tension test, bulge test, and bending test.
6. Metallographic analysis includes low output power and high power detection.
