Description and application

Tapered roller bearing can be separated. It is a component , composed of inner ring , outer ring , rollers and cage . It can be installed separately. The contact line corrected for contact between the roller and the raceway reduces stress concentration. It can stand large radial loads and axial loads. As the tapered roller bearings can only send one-way axial load, it need another tapered roller bearing with a symmetrical mounting to send in the opposite direction of axial load.

Single row tapered roller bearing has an outer ring. Inner ring and a group of tapered roller are encased in a basket-shaped cage into an inner ring assembly. The outer ring can be separated from the inner ring assembly. According to the ISO standard of tapered roller bearing outer dimension specification, any standard type of inner and outer rings can be able to achieve international exchange with the outer ring or inner ring of the same models. Scilicet, in addition to the external dimensions, tolerances of outer ring in the same modles should comply with the regulations of ISO492GB307,the cone angle of the inner component and the diameter of component cone must also meet the relevant provisions of the swap.

Tapered roller bearings are widely used in automobiles, rolling mills, mining, metallurgy, plastics machinery and other industries.

Single row taper roller is the most be used of the taper roller bearing series. The small sizes Double row taper roller are used in the car wheel hub in the recently years. Four-row taper roller bearings were used in large cold, hot rolling mill, and other heavy machinery.

Double row tapered roller bearings are mainly used for gear boxes, lifting equipment, rolling mills and for mining machinery, such as tunnel boring machine.
