Hot air welder

Ceramic heating element are used for hot air welder or air heater.They can be used for pvc flooring, bumper repairing, roof welding, swimming pool construction and so on.
Accessories include roller, nozzles, brush and ceramic heating core.

We can make heating elements with different center stainless steel rod or tube. The tube type is used for putting thermocouple inside to measure the temperature.

The pin we use is silver-plated,and with better electricity-conductivity.

It can be spring type or rod type based on your needs.

Color of heating element

We use Swedish heating wire and high temperature ceramic material which can resist 1650°C.We have another ceramic factory.

The color of heating elements can be yellow or brown, white.

The material quality is the same, only different color.It's based on your choice.

These can be used for hot air gun, coffee roaster, and other heaters.
High purity alumina, and Cr20Ni80 heating wire.
High strength, high temperature resistance.
