Hot wedge welder is used to weld various thickness of geomembrane and is suitable for welding hot melt materials, such as LDPE, PVC, HDPE, EVA, PP, etc.

The hot wedge welder controller adopts PID control, small temperature fluctuation, and automatic constant temperature control. The speed control uses a PWM automatic voltage regulation speed circuit. With DC servo motor drive, a large output torque and nailing performance when walking. In the case of vertical crawling and road loads, a constant speed can be maintained. Despite the changes in external temperature and voltage, the welder's performance is still stable.

The welder has excellent performance, convenient operation, fast welding speed and good work quality. It is widely used in highways, tunnels, reservoirs, building waterproofing and other projects.
