Q2. Do you accept customized package and logo?

A:Yes, but for hand dryer, only reach 300pcs, and soap dispenser reach 1000pcs, and maybe extra charged.

Q3. Can you accept small order?

A: Yes, in generally. We can understand that trail order is necessary for buyers to see the quality and test market.

Q4. Can I return your product?

A: As the shipping charge for different country very high. We not accept product return.But if the product have quality problem we will send you new one after you send us product damaged pictures within warranty peried.

Q5. Can you ship cargos to our address or Amazon warehouse?

A: Yes, we have professional shipper agent ,which have competitive price ,it is no problem to send the cargos to your address.

Q6. What is the payment terms & time?

A:-- T/T, L/C at sight, Western Union, Paypal, or other workable terms advised by you
-- 30% in advance, 70% before shippment (>USD 10,000); 100% in advance (<USD 10,000)
--For samples:
Samples will be prepared within 3 days after your payment.
Before sending out, samples will be carefully tested and examined.
The delivery of samples can be achieved by express of TNT, UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc.
