Never been this situation,but if is happened, please contact us,we will arrangement new good.or we can send you on your next order.

4: What method of payment do you accept?

A: 30% T/T deposit, the balance before shipment.

5: Whats the process of the whole order?

A: After you confirmed final order we will make PI for you,if everthing is ok you can arrange deposit payment , then after we received we will start to produce your order, when order finished we will take photos for you ,then you pay us the rest payment we arrange delivery for you after that.
