Glass fiber epoxy FR4 sheet is a composite material composed of glass fiber woven cloth and flame retardant (self-extinguishing) epoxy resin adhesive. "FR" stands for flame retardant, which means that the material complies with the standard UL94V-0. FR4 sheet is a popular and versatile high-pressure thermoplastic laminate with a good strength-to-weight ratio.Epoxy tooling board have nearly zero water absorption and are most commonly used as electrical insulators with considerable mechanical strength. The material is known to retain high mechanical value and electrical insulation Quality in dry and humid conditions. The product is made of alkali - free glass fiber cloth soaked in epoxy resin, baked and pressed.
Epoxy plate cnc has high mechanical and dielectric properties, good heat and moisture resistance, and good mechanical workability. 
The heat resistance grade is B (155 degrees).
Epoxy resin plate suitable for electrical machinery, electrical appliances as insulation parts, and can be used in humid environment and transformer oil.
