Our company is known as one of the best manufacturers and exporters of plastic injection moulds for household articles, chair moulds, pallet moulds, crate moulds, automotive moulds, and so on. Our moulds are mainly exported to Italy, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Argentina, Colombia, India, Malaysia, the Philippines and 20 other countries and regions.

We have a full range of CNC machining centers, large gantry milling machines, vertical milling machines, CNC engraving Machines, electric spark (EDM) centers, wire cutters, etc. We have advanced technologies for CAD / CAM / CAE designs and rich experience in mould making. These make us have great abilities to manufacture big size moulds, complex moulds, deep-cavity moulds, thin wall moulds and high precision moulds.

We have a strong technical team. We have 5 senior designers and 20 engineers who have more than 15 years' experience in mould making. Our designers are good at designing new products and mould structures. In order to avoid any defects during the mould manufacturing processes, we usually do the mould flow analyses for the moulds before we start working. After the mould flow analyses, we decide the mould injection gates and structures. Therefore, the moulds can be finished successfully and smoothly.
