Automatic mould feeding

MGO board production commonly uses PVC mould and ABS mould. If specialize in non-woven boards, we recommend ABS mould.If you produce sanding board, choose the material of mould like PVC,and PVC we advise use totally new material , Becuase recycling raw material will affect the product quality ,

Automatic mixing discharge

Using unique double shaft mixer ,ensuring mixing evenly and no blocking ,Uneven or insufficient stirring would cause local overreact or incomplete, which will result in products deformation with uneven strength and back to halogen.

Automatic cutting machine

Cutting the glass fiber cloth and MGO board automatically through the CNC forming cutting machine.

Automatic Release Mould machine 

Release the mould by machine can improve work efficiency and readue labor cost ,and also can prolong the service time of the PVC mould

Unique Second  curing process: first curing room (25-38 degree,not higher than 40 degree)and second curing room (35-45 degree,not higher than 50degree) promising the complete chemical reaction of and Mgcl2, so as to ensure stable performance of the finished products .

Automatic edge cutting machine 

Cutting the board edge  according to predetermined size neatly. precise cutting by Infrared ray.

The Sanding Machine 

The biggest differences between the sanding board and common board: Sanding board is thickness uniformity(error between 0.03-0.05mm), good product workability. Sanding board can be processed on the surface,such as: laminated with PVC film, paint paper,wood grain paper and etc.

 The unique body design, segmented adjustable independently to meet the production line installed in a horizontal position, high strength, high precision, stable transmission, provided a guarantee for the continuous mass production.

 Adopting double drive double-roll extrusion process, the product finishs whole production process from the slurry, the main ingredient, spread the cloth, compound, complex pressure by one-time and cut in one set of continuous production, which is saving labor costs.

The surface of the table use rolling bearings,transmission steady, drive friction small, customized flat conveyor belt, transmission smooth, non-skid, no deviation and durable.

Roller forming surface is smooth, wear-resistant, anti-rust. Upper and lower rollers can be adjusted to accommodate various thicknesses of sheet metal,the thickness 3 ~ 20mm, width 1220mm, length 2440-3000mm to meet different market needs.
