Raw material automatic mixing system
Unique feature :If the mould car quantity is more than 10 units ,then we will equip the second mixing mixer, so as to save the mixing time of the first mixer and improve working efficiency ,increase productivity .
Note: normally use one-shaft mixer ,only large capacity will equip second mixing if small capacity ,second storage hopper is enough .
Automatic forming system
Introduce : After the mixer mix the raw material well then the workers use the pump and pipe to cast the slurry into the mould car
Features:The pump is to make the pouring more even, no need to vibrate, and the working platform will be clean and the material will not be wasted.
Introduce : it include two parts automatic opening and closing machine and automatic demoulding machine .
Process:Firstly use opening and closing machine to open the moulds then use the demoulding machine to pull out the panel then put them together and turnove them so as the forklist to move the panels
