The hydraulic control valve is a valve controlled by water pressure, which is generally divided into two types: diaphragm type and piston type, and the working principle of these two are the same.
It consists of a master valve (as shown) and subsidiary conduit, pilot valve, needle valve, ball valve and pressure gauge. According to the purpose, function and location, it can be evolved into a remote control float valve, pressure reducing valve, slow closing check valve, flow control valve, pressure relief valve, and hydraulic electric control valve and so on.
The hydraulic control valve uses the pressure difference ΔP of upstream and downstream as the power, controlled by the pilot valve, making the diaphragm (piston) hydraulic differential operation and completely adjusted by the hydraulic force, so that the main valve disc is fully opened or completely closed or in regulation.
When the pressure water in the control chamber above the diaphragm (piston) is taken to the atmosphere or the downstream low pressure zone, the pressure acting on the bottom of the valve disc and below the diaphragm is greater than the pressure value above, then push the main valve disc to the fully open position.
When the pressure water in the control chamber above the diaphragm (piston) cannot be taken to the atmosphere or the downstream pressure zone, the pressure acting above the diaphragm (piston) is greater than the pressure below, then the main valve disc is pressed to the fully closed position.
When the pressure value in the control chamber above the diaphragm (piston) is between the inlet pressure and the outlet pressure, the main valve disc is in adjustment state, and the adjustment position depends on combined control from the needle valve and the adjustable pilot valves of the conduit system. The adjustable pilot valve can open or close its own small valve port by the downstream outlet pressure, thereby changing the pressure value of the control chamber above the diaphragm (piston) and controlling the adjustment position of the main valve disc.

SPECIFICATION
1601 100X remote control float valve is multi-function hydraulic operated valve, installed in the inlet of the pool or elevated water tower. When the water level reaches the stated height, the main valve controlled by the float guide valve will close the inlet; when drawdown, the valve will replenish water automatically by float valve opening the inlet.
Precise liquid level control without water pressure influence, enable the 1601 valve can be installed, anywhere according to the pool height and space, easy to maintain, debug and check, with reliable sealing and long operation life. The diaphragm type valve, with reliable performance, high strength and flexible movement, is suitable to be mounted on maximum 18” pipelines. Over 20” would be better to use the piston type.
1. The pipeline should be clean before installing the 1601 remote control float ball valve 100X, and maintain once or twice every year according to the water quality.
2. 1601 is priority to horizontal installation.
3. 1601 should be equipped with a shut-off valve or gate valve for maintenance.
4. 1601 main valve and float valve that is installed in the whole can also be installed remotely; the water pipe is required to be fixed, not subject to vibration.

B. Debugging:
The 1601 remote control float ball valve 100X need debug after installed in the water system, open the shut-off valve,, and open the main valve needle valve 2 to 4 turns, and keep the ball valve fully opened, making the valve body and the upper water chamber filling with the medium, then close the ball valve and debug the sealing performance. Second open the ball valve, adjust the working performance of 1601 valve according to the lifting and lowering of the float liquid level.
