PVC Sealing Strip Making Machine

PVC extruder for plastic strip is widely used for producing automobile door, window, main body, chair, scuttle, engine box and backup. It plays an important role in waterproof, sealed, soundproof, dustproof, anti freezing, shock absorption, warmth retention and energy saving.It must have high tensile strength, good elasticity, also need good temperature resistance and aging resistance.In order to keep the strips and the materials fastened, the section size of the strip must match the material.

• Drawing: Precision drawing machine .and adjustable speed. Stable.
• Cutting :  automatically cutting . Precision less than  ±0.05mm
• Material could be :  PP, PVC, TPU, ARYLIC,ABS,PE

1. SJ65 Single Screw Extruder Machine Line

Screw and Barrel Material 38CrMoAlA,Nitriding, Nitriding Layer Thickness:0.5~0.7mm,  22KW Siemens Beide Motor, ZLYJ176 rigid gear surface gear box. 

Adopt foundry aluminum electrical heater, Omron Temperature Control Meter, Siemens Contactor.

2. Mold

Mold material: 40Cr, Adopt aluminum heater, total 6heating zones.

3. Cooling tank

Total Length: 3M, Calibration Table Width: 1100mm, Water pump: 2.2kw x 1pc. 

Adopt High Quality Aluminum Profile have T Groove. Up-and-down adopt screw adjustment . Right-and-left adopt screw adjustment
