1. Q: Where is your company located? How can i go there?
A: Our factory is located in Anyang City, Henan Province, China. Welcome to visit us.
2. Q: Can I sample, how long will it take?
A: Yes. We can provide samples. You need to pay for samples and courier fees. We will send you about 7 days after receipt of payment.
3. Q: What is the minimum order quantity
A: Our minimum order is 20 pieces.
4. Q:The MOQ is too high, can we do a trial order with small qty to test the market?
AI: Of course, if we have stock of the items you like, we can supply you in any qty. But you have to at least pick up 5 items.
5. Q: Can i have my own custom product?
A: Yes. Your customization requirements for your color, logo, design, packaging, carton logo, and your language manual are very popular.
6. Q: Can I mix different models in a container?
A: Yes. Different models can be mixed in a container.
7. Q: What is the delivery time?
A: It takes about 30-45 days to complete the order. But the exact time is based on the actual situation.
8. Q: What is a payment condition?
A:We accept T/T, WU, Paypal. Generally, paypal suit for sample order or trial order, it is quick and convience. If for bulk order, T/T and WU would be more save.
9. Q: How does your facility carry out quality control?
A: We attach great importance to quality control. Each part of our product has its own QC.
10. Q: What certificate do you have?
A: We have CCC,  SGS, EVT and so on. If your quantity is available, we can also apply for any certificate.
